These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the use of the website www.rudyigroup.co (the "Website") and to the freight and logistics services ("Services") offered by:

2. About the website

The Website is provided for informational purposes and to enable you to request quotes and contact our team. It is provided "as is", and we make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy or availability.

3. Quotes and contracts

A quote submitted through the Website is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm a specific shipment in writing (by e-mail or signed document), together with the agreed price, scope and terms of carriage.

Prices are quoted in the currency stated in the confirmation and are fixed for the agreed scope of work. Changes to cargo, route, dates or volumes requested after confirmation may result in an adjustment, which we will communicate before it takes effect.

4. Payment

Payment terms are stated in each contract confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Road, air and groupage shipments are typically prepaid.
• Sea and rail shipments may be subject to advance payments and balance payment before delivery.
• Payments are due in the currency and manner specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur statutory interest and suspension of services.

5. Client obligations

When using our Services you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate cargo information, including nature, weight, dimensions and value;
• Comply with all applicable laws, including customs, import/export and sanctions regulations;
• Provide all documents required for transportation and customs clearance in time;
• Refrain from shipping prohibited, illegal or dangerous goods without prior written agreement;
• Ensure packaging is adequate for the selected mode of transport.

We may decline cargo that is illegal, misdeclared or not properly packed. You are responsible for fines, costs or damages arising from incorrect or incomplete information you provide.

6. Liability and insurance

Our liability is governed by applicable transport conventions and national law — in particular CMR for road, the Hague-Visby Rules for sea and the Montreal Convention for air transport.

Cargo insurance is not included unless expressly agreed. We strongly recommend insuring high-value shipments; on request we can arrange insurance through partner insurers, with premiums shown separately.

7. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control — including war, hostilities, sanctions, border closures, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, port congestion and government restrictions. Transit times may change in such circumstances; we will keep you informed.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — text, graphics, logos, brand identity and software — is the property of RUDYI OLEKSANDR or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit it without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Website to violate any law, transmit malware or fraudulent content, impersonate others, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

10. Third-party links and services
